You choose when I can come and meet you for a chat about your very own favourite food experiences.

I will design your personalised menu and you simply decide how to set the mood and who is invited!

I started my career at 5* Relais et Chateaux Hôtel Restaurant Le Mas de Pierre, in Saint Paul de Vence. From commis, I became assistant Chef de partie Garde-Manger (Amuse-Bouches and Starters).  Later, I became Second de cuisine at the Forum Jorges François restaurant, in Nice. There, I supervised a team of 12 cooks and designed a daily Zero Waste menu for 100 people. More recently, I worked as a sous chef at l'Escentiel, in Beaulieu sur mer. Since 2016, I have settled in Auckland with my Kiwi girlfriend, where I have been developing my culinary activities, as a personal chef, consultant and food stylist  in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Hi Arno – thanks so much for the amazing dinner on Saturday evening. We have no idea how you managed to cook 5 delicious courses for 10 people (and then clean up afterward!) without any stress but we were certainly very impressed. Arno catered a party of 16 in our home with help from a waitress for drinks and food service. They were both fantastic and lovely to have in our home. The food was very good. Arno was a great help selecting fresh produce from the market beforehand. We had a whole scotch fillet beef main for which he made fresh bearnaise sauce. We would happily have him back again!
